Absolutely wonderful!!! I would rate this clinic six stars if I could!

BACKGROUND: As a mid-30s professional living in the USA and working across Europe, I was so excited that I’d be travelling to Amsterdam so I could arrange a visit to UMA Clinic.

I had heard about the clinic and their team of experts from other cosmetic professionals I have visited both in the US and UK; who praised UMA’s special expertise as being the best cosmetic clinic in Amsterdam for both biostimulators and non-invasive injectables.

TREATMENTS: Specifically, I was interested in a neurotoxin treatment and skin boosters, with a bit of jawline contouring and chin enhancement with dermal filler.

CLINIC: The clinic itself was modern, elevated and spotless – upscale without feeling pretentious or cold. I felt at ease immediately upon entering; and the UMA reception staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. I never felt pressured to do any treatments other than those I was interested in and requested myself.

DOCTOR & PRODUCTS USED: My doctor was Dr. Job Thuis, who was incredibly informative and kind each step of the way. He used a combination of BoCouture, Radiesse and Belotero Revive to achieve my desired result.

What I appreciated most about his technique is an emphasis on subtlety and a delicate touch, not altering or distorting any of my own features of appearance. He also focused on what I was interested in and spoke with warmth, never critiquing or saying anything negative about my appearance (at other U.S. clinics in the past, I have had this experience)

INJECTION EXPERIENCE: The procedure was painless and efficient, taking approximately 15 minutes. Dr. Job clearly explained his process to me each step of the way.

RESULTS: Although my results are natural and subtle, I still noticed the improvements immediately. My neurotoxin will take a few more days to take full effect but I already see the lines are softer and that I still have my natural expression.

I would say this is easily the best aesthetic clinic in Amsterdam, given the reputation and respect it has from my cosmetic practitioners internationally, and arguably among the most admired in Europe.

I have a European vacation later this summer and will definitely be making my next appointment at UMA. They are now my “go-to” team of medical aesthetic professionals who I trust first (and the most) for my needs!
